Commission Status: Open

My commissions are currently Open! I am offering full body character drawings for $65+ USD. I have examples below, and you can check out my Art Gallery Page for further examples of my artwork. Please keep in mind prices may have changed since my commissions were last open.

To get in touch about a commission please email me at willowwormwoodart@gmail.com or direct message me on Tumblr, Bluesky or Cara. We can chat about the details of your request first and any questions you have. I will then send a google form for you to fill out- this gives you a chance to review the terms of service again, and helps me keep track of the information for your commission request.

Payment is in USD ($) through Paypal. The price may increase depending on the request, which will be negotiated before payment. I will send an initial sketch for approval, and once it’s approved, I will ask for the full payment before continuing.

Fullbody Commissions: $65+ usd

Terms of Service

Payment Information:

The price may increase depending on the complexity of the request, such as elaborate clothing or props, lack of visual references, short deadlines, or significant design changes after the lineart and coloring process has begun.
I will send an initial sketch for approval, and once it’s approved, I will ask for the full payment before continuing.
An invoice for payment will be sent over email through Paypal. Payment is in US Dollars ($).
Commissions will not be refunded. After the initial sketch phase is approved and payment has been sent, I will begin making significant progress on work and will not negotiate partial or full refunds. An exception will only be made if I find myself unable to complete your commission.

While Working on the Commission:

It may take anywhere from 1- 4 weeks for me to complete your commission depending on the request and my work queue.
Updates will be given throughout the course of the commission. You may request changes such as color adjustment or changes to facial features, but more significant changes such as changing the pose or larger design features will increase the cost of the commission, in which case an additional invoice will be sent after I have completed your commission but before the final product is sent to you.
If the commission needs to be completed by a certain day, say so ahead of time so I can plan for it accordingly.

After the Commission is Completed:

The final product will be sent as an image along with a google drive link to the larger file.
Commissions are not for commercial use, personal use only.
I reserve certain rights to my artwork, including the right to display a piece in my portfolio or on my social media as examples. (If you would like me to withhold posting for a certain date, such as for a gift, let me know ahead of time.)
